Jackie founded BCC out of her passion and commitment to help organizations, leaders, and teams thrive. Two+ decades in corporate America, always in leadership roles, handling internal and external communications, crisis management, marketing, employee engagement, culture, and human resources armed her with the knowledge, grit, gravitas and experience to cut through the clutter and get to the core issues organizations face today.

She delivers leadership coaching to senior executives, business owners, faculty and leaders. She creates award-winning, powerful and influential communications and messaging strategies, events and programs designed to engage stakeholders and inspire action. She runs her Alchemy workshops for leaders, teams and organizations that defy status quo and takes them from good to great.

Anyone who knows her realizes she struggles with taking no for an answer, champions what is fair, ethical and logical, and refuses to settle for mediocrity. Some folks know she also officiates weddings, enjoys outdoor adventures, and has attended more Bruce Springsteen concerts than the average mega-fan.

A: We get it. Sometimes you need a quick solve and don't have time to wait. First things first, stop, listen, and make sure you understand the challenge in front of you. It may not be so obvious.

A: We appreciate the brilliance others bring to the equation and leverage tools as needed to support our clients' needs. These might include DiSC Work of Leaders or Everything DiSC, Positive Intelligence survey, EQ assessments, books and podcasts, software tools and platforms, 360 insights, audits, and we even tap into expert colleagues and partners.

A: Bartoletti Communications & Coaching is based Scottsdale, AZ. Jackie will show up wherever you need her to be. In-person, video conferencing, good ol' fashioned phone calls, email and so on go a long way in keeping us connected.

A: Books that encourage change and living and acting with intention resonate with me. Recently read favorites are a mix of old and new and include: Atomic Habits, The Power of Intention, and The Heart of Laser-Focused Coaching.
